Is pc sudden shutdown or powerloss(loadshedding) can harm my pc?

please tell me!! im not using a ups!!

Can it harm your PC? Sure! Is it likely to severely damage anything? No, it might corrupt data if you hit an unlucky moment but outright breaking something is very rare. You still shouldn't do it if it can be helped.
