Peripherie disconnect

Hi

 

I have a problem and I don't no how to fix it. My problem is that my keyboard, mouse and speakers from time to time just disconnect and after a few seconds reconnect. Today it was the first time that my hole setup just went dark, I couldn't hear the YouTube video, all my RGB was out my monitors went dark my the RGB fans in my pc went dark but they turn on after a second but anything else wouldn't turn on anymore. I forced my pc to shut down, after a restart anything turn on again. Tis has bin happening the last two month or so and I'm concerned that I have e virus or something is wrong with my hardware. Can someone help me? Had someone this problem as well?
