New PC Build

Go to solution Solved by ImWilly,

You can use PCpartpicker.com for easier build simulation

It could analyse the compability and incompability

For your case, it informs that your motherboard of choice need to have BIOS updatw to support your CPU of choice

I have made it based on your cart:

Overall is good to fit in budget, you may want to upgrade Storage from WD to Samsung 970 Evo

Huge upgrade with just a small price bump

You may downgrade Ryzen 5700X to 5600X if EU1000 is a definite top limit, since the gaming performance difference is <5%

Budget (including currency): approx. 1000€ (1100$)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So, I want to build myself a new PC since my old one is quite weak (Radeon RX 580, Ryzen 5 2600).

I've decided that building a new PC would be a better option than trying to upgrade the old one. I've watched numerous videos, guides, and so on, and I've picked all the components I need. However, I'm uncertain if these components are the best choices or if there are better options available, as different sources on the internet say conflicting information.

Here are the existing parts: https://geizhals.de/wishlists/3294121

Do you have any suggestions for improvements?

For 1K euro you want to use as many as you could. With this one we can reuse the board, the case, the cooler, and the storage.

Remember to turn on PBO, and then set power limit of 95W with Curve Optimizer on -15 to -20. Id still recommend an aftermarket cooler though.
