Budget (including currency): 6500 RON (1444 US $)

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Overwatch 2, GTA V, FiveM, Sea of Thieves, Slime Rancher, Hogwarts Legacy, Adobe Premiere Pro 2023, Adobe Photoshop 2023, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I need peripherals (I want double monitors, a 60% mechanical keyboard, a mouse). The peripherals are not included in the budget, I have another 600$ budget for them. Upgrading from an HP Prodesk 600 G1 SFF. Wanna play at 1440p 120 Hz.

Maybe something like this as a baseline:

Good CPU with a GPU that should give you the 1440p maybe 120 depending on settings.  6800xt wasn't available anywhere in Romanian pcpartpicker for some reason.

Can up to a full ATX motherboard if you want, I was just trying to get under your budget.  You have wiggle room.

A severe warning to you to steer clear from pcgarage, the store the other guys suggested. Internet reviews clearly show how it's a very bad store in 2023 with extremely poor customer service and RMA's.

Only pick well reviewed known local stores and you can also include amazon.de on your purchase list (sold by amazon)  from abroad. Though you missed prime day, there are still some deals to be found.

yeah, they won't be anything else since there's only one sponsor there.

Which is why de.pcpartpicker is the only viable EU store, since it has competition. None of the others are any good since they all have a single store, usually alza.

Wanted to go with pcgarage as every one of my friends bought from this store. Plus if I get a mobo without the support of 13th intel I need to upgrade the bios and they have a service that upgrades it. There is another store called eMAG where I could buy the parts but it does not have the bios upgrade service.
