WHy Razer so annoying

I've bought recently a razer barracuda x 2022 model and it seems that the mic is not being registered into my computer when in either bt mode or wired mode. HOWEVER, when i test it out wired on my phone, both the bt and wired modes are fully funtional. is this supposed to happen or what ? i can hear through wired mode but the mic doesn't respond for e.g. discord call can hear but mic not in the options. Is this supposed to work like that or do i need to to change something on my computer ? And also, i have installed the 7.1 surround sound razer software and its telling me to change the audio source to 7.1 but again there isn't a option for that as well in my sound settings

( I could live without this one though ) FYI: the mic array is my laptops built in mic and the stereo is something i don;t know but have tried and it doesn;t work. i only have a 3.5mm combo jack so ye
