Would there be anything wrong if i were to install my ram, cpu, and ssd then leave in in the mother board box. Till tomorrow when my fans arrive then build the rest?

No, no problem at all 🙂 Nothing wrong will happen. The motherboard doesn't know if its installed in a case or is in the motherboard box.

As long as your CPU has an integrated graphics, you can even start installing your windows in the SSD. I did that with my build, but because 5500 doesnt have any integrated graphics, i have to also have my GPU clicked in.

What is your exact motherboard?  If you have CHA_FAN headers on the motherboard then you can plug your case fans there 🙂  CPU fan goes to CPU_FAN  or CPU_OPT fan header.
