Seems ok but it looks like you can push it in a bit further. Can you? If not then try taking it out and plugging it back in. You might need to use some force

Then it should be good. have you turned on the computer? It should work. I'd also do a stress test like furmark to see its performance and stability

Not yet, got to do a few things before, first thing is im going to the bios and ill check cpu and gpu temps.

Just an aside question - is there 'separate' cables that you can get to achieve a 'better bend?'   I think there are angled connectors too, you can get?  Would that be better?

Ran furmark on the 1440p preset, no crashes or anything, hows this score?:

So I tried RDR2, 1440p, everything ultra and I hit between 60-80. maybe 90 sometimes which seems too low for 1440p. Ill try other games later when I have time

Your right its a bit weird since this youtuber got 115 fps at 4k native

I checked the task manager after and I have seen that the gpu usage was at 100% so that's even more weird
