Did you remove the plastic off the heatsink before installing?
How fast are the fans spinning if at all?
If you let the PC run for a while, take the side panel off, and stick your hand carefully inside, is the air hot inside?

I've took the side panels off and I'm hitting 83 tops on CPU the air is warm inside case but fans are all working

Hello I've installed afterburner and getting very high temps I will link pics. I've got an rtx3060ti with an i7-9700k CPU and I'm using the artic duo CPU cooler  with an MSI gunner 110r case stock fans. Why am I hitting over 100 on CPU and 80 plus on GPU temps thanks

What does the temps do when you remove the side panel? Looks like a very very restrictive airflow case from the pictures I've seen.

It sounds like there's nowhere for the hot air to escape and new air to circulate. Maybe you can check if the filters on the case are clogged or if the fans on the case are not pushing sufficient RPMs. You can try turning them up using something like https://getfancontrol.com/. I recently got new fans for my PC and dropped my temps by 10-15 degrees (granted I got decently expensive fans) good fans can really make a difference and I would recommend for anyone looking for quieter and cooler experience
