The AG620 should be fine for a 7800x3D. Its a relatively low wattage CPU, but it'll reach thermal limits anyways just from its boosting characteristics and with the 3D v-cache's two extra heat transfer layers. Any dual tower air cooler should be sufficient, though I've never tested the AG620 personally. 7800x3D is very comfortable with even an aggressive fan profile on an NH-D15, even better with the AM5 offset bracket, but that cooler is at least 2x the price.
