Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Do not need monitor or accessories. Upgrading from an GTX 1650 Intel i5.

Just a rough start. Looking for ideas on how to improve this build and save money, right now this is a bit over budget (Prices in picture is US$). Would like a nice gaming setup, preferably something with hardware that will be relevant for new releases for the future.

Right now 1920x 1080 75Hz. Going to need to upgrade this as well.
