Strange problem with iPhone 11

I am having this problem with my friend's iPhone 11 where it got wet. Not sure how bad but the seal must have been broken because both water damage stickers are red. The display is unresponsive.  I just need the pictures off the phone but when I plug it into a Mac or pc I can only get it to be seen by pressing the volume up and then pressing the book down and then holding the power button until it appears. Then when I hit flash in 3u tools or update in Ituens the update goes fine and then iTunes force restarts the phone and it does not reconnect with the computer. And on 3u tools, I get an error message no matter with flash method I use. If anyone has any idea what I could do about this that would be awesome. I have included pictures below of the error I am getting. I have not been able to find much online.
