noctua l9 bracket mod

I've purchased an older hp home server and wanted to juice it up a little. I found that it's compatible with an e3-1270 v2. My only issue is the stock heatsink is rated for 35w. I've seen mods using a noctua l9 cooler. However, hp didn't use the 75x75 lga 1155 mounting it has 65x 75. Are there any places I could get a bracket to adapt? How difficult would it be to make one?
