@gingerVSpie the cpu that you have chosen runs hot due to all the e-cores it comes with and those e-cores don't help much in regards to gaming. Try these changes .. low profile RAM so that it doesn't impede the cpu cooler.

The Vengeance RGB kit is on the motherboard memory QVL. But the modules are 56mm tall which is sub optimal combined with an NH-D15. In fact any sort of RGB memory strikes me as pointless with a cooler that overhangs most of the memory area.

 

As previously suggested, consider a 360 (or 420) AIO. Not only will the CPU run cooler and quieter, the memory bling will be well displayed. If you want AIO suggestions, specify the case.
