Hey, I just recently built another rig since I had extra parts laying around from upgrading my main one. I have a good bit of experience as this was the 6th pc I've built. It was all going perfectly, built it all, booted to windows pro, downloaded steam games and played a bunch to test. Temps were good, CPU idled at around 40C and nothing got hot at all since this PC has about 10 fans in total including a liquid cooler. However, now, the next day, the PC doesn't display, and the CPU led blinks red for a second, then the dram light blinks orange for a second, and they alternate over and over again. I have tried literally every solution I could figure out or research. Tried reseating the CPU (no bent pins at all, the CPU actually has never come out of the spot since using it for a long time with no issues), resetting cmos, tried taking out ram (also the whole trying one stick then booting then trying another in a different slot etc.), nothing, tried booting WITHOUT ram, same led alternation. Also tried putting in different ram and still the same thing. I unplugged my GPU and it seems to make the CPU and dram led blink slower. If the GPU is plugged in, the red CPU led blinks for a split second, then the orange dram led blinks for about twice as long. Unplugging the GPU makes them both the same length blinks with equivalent alternatioins. Nothing I have tried seems to fix this and it was the most random problem as It worked perfectly then next time I go to boot up this happens. any ideas?

did you overclock the RAM? Try manually resetting CMOS by shorting out the pins. Might help.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

In the middle I said I tried booting with different ram configurations and different sticks all together and still nothing

Ok then it's either a CPU or board failure...

Reset cmos already and even replaced the battery after a few resets didn’t do anything

yeah either cpu or board failure, I reckon CPU failure.
