New build (with existing GPU)

Budget (including currency): ~1800€ (without monitor, gpu or peripherals)

Country: Italy

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (fps games but also high-resources ones) and coding (studying computer engineering)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hi. I am planning on building a new pc build. I already had one but I sold it because I recently moved to another country, but kept the gpu (msi geforce rtx 2080super gaming x trio, and some peripherals); except for that i have to buy everything. Do you guys have any advice? I plan on having two monitors (a 144fps 1440p one, and the other much less powerful just for productivity purposes; i would love to have some tips regarding the monitor also).

I already started looking into it and made this list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PprCNc but you can make a new one (I would like to point out that I really like lian li cases).

Don't get that overpriced AIO ...

Also 6400MHz RAM is kinda useless with Zen4, you can get a Gen4 SSD for same price, and I'd go for a better PSU

With your budget you can get a 7800X3D

You wanna redline this for upgrades later on or just perfect in value for what you do now?

I probably won't upgrade this setup for quite a few years. It's more than powerful enough for what I do currently.
