hihi!

this is my first official pc build that im building kinda by myself, i want it allllll white. Keep in mind i bought the GPU from someone so its not brand new but it was barely used, also i couldnt find the psu that i was actually gonna buy (CORSAIR RM750e) so i added similar price point one, but im not sure if i should get the rm750e or the lian li sp 750 (pls help). also im gonna replace my old RAM from my current oldie pc and then upgrade to those ones cause they are kinda my endgame, but im not 100% sure abt them yet. And last thing, im probably gonna use the CPU cooler that comes w the CPU (i got it even tho google says its not included) and then after some time i will upgrade to the AIO. also i hope its not hard to update the BIOS and maybe i wont even need to update it im not sure how it works yet. I mainly just dont know what PSU to go with yet and im going with 3200 RAM cause im not sure if my pc could handle 3600, i heard itll be like an overclock.

Your pc can handle, 3600Mhz without any problems. It is technically an overclock, but there shouldn't be any stability issues at all, I personally never had any and have never heard from someone else having them. If you have the budget or if it's important to you, go for it, but you don't gain a lot in terms of performance. If you haven't, I would suggest you check out the ltt video on Ram speeds to see if it's worth it for you. And one more thing, your Cpu definitely doesn't need an Aio I have a 7 7800x, same tdp and an Aircooler is very much sufficient, even if you don't buy it immediately it would only be future proofing and making your pc quieter until you maybe upgrade to a higher tdp cpu in the future, keep in mind Am4 is discontinued. Personally, I would future-proof on a higher capacity Psu (while not disregarding the quality of Psu).

Good luck and have fun on your first build, you won't regret it 🙂

thank u! i didnt know they discontinued AM4, i didnt get intel cause my friend said they always change their sockets and its not as future proof as AMD cause they barely change them, but mannn i didnt know abt AM4. also the AIO is more for the aesthetics, its probably a future thing anyway, but what PSU would u recommend? i dont wanna get a super powerful one, cause the electricity bills would be higher for nothing, but i know you shouldnt cheap out on a PSU either since it keeps everything alive.

The Power rating of a Psu doesn't mean it will always use the exact amount that it is rated for. For example: A 750 watt Psu doesn't Always pull 750 watts it only uses as much power as the system needs + of course some inefficiencies as indicated by the type of 80+ certification. Generally, I would recommend Seasonic powersupply's they have units that go up to 80+ Platinum certification, which if you worry about the electricity costs might save you a bit of money (probably only a small amount depending on the prices in your area), a downside would be that a Psu with a Platinum certification is more expensive now but will save a bit of money in the long term. If I was in your shoes I would buy a 850 watt Psu, so you could still upgrade the Cpu and Gpu at least once, unless you buy top of the line components when upgrading the next time.
