Program That Runs a Virtual Desktop?

I'm looking for a program that opens a window with another Desktop on my Desktop... So I could do something like put an autoclicker on the virtual desktop, minus it down to the taskbar and carry on doing what I'm doing. Then if I was to come back an hour later or something it would still have been clicking the entire time. What I want is similar to what Runescape bots do... they create a new window with its own mouse that is different from your main mouse.
