4090's to avoid?

Are there any 4090 partner cards that I should probably avoid? I assume the raw performance of them will all be good so I'm talking more about noise, bad thermals, bad customer support/warranties. Or will it be a good purchase no matter which one I get? (I'm based in the EU for reference)
