UHD 630 Graphics Memory Setting

Currently I am using my integrated graphics for gaming until I purchase a graphics card.  The processor is 9600k with 32 gigabytes of memory XMP to 3200 speed. The motherboard is Gigabyte z370-HD3-CF bios version F14.  In the bios there is a memory setting, should I max it out, as I have for now. Is there a reasonable lower amount that will be adequate?

 

I am also looking for software similar to Nvidia Profile Inspector that I can use.

is this for the igpu? if its for the primary memory (ram) then don't keep it as is 

If its something like 4G or 6G or 2G then go for 4

Yes it is the IGPU, and yes the setting refers to how much ram it would be allowed to use.

so ye go for the second highest option (in terms of G). Then report back to what that setting is

if you have 32GB, give it a generous amount.  4GB Minimum.

 

You're unlikely to run into "not enough RAM" on that setup.  You can always reclaim most of that once you get an actual GPU.

I know this is a late reply to my own topic, but I looked at the bios again(decided to leave it alone)

I found a cheap 1060 3gb.  That will do for a while.
