You need more than 250GB of fast local storage for optimal performance.

Budget (including currency):  1,500 USD each

Country: United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: unity, and blender,

Other details buying in 2 weeks. I will be buying 5 so I would like to keep it as low cost as possible, I am starting a game development studio and will be making 3D and 2D games with graphics akin to Elden Ring, god of war Ragnarok, sons of the forest and call of duty modern warfare 2, (intense realism). It must include 1gb/s Ethernet and a 250gb m.2 ssd that can keep up (all data will be stored on a server in the same building, with a strict no local storage policy). These will be hard driven every day with a 9 hour every weekday load. They will of course need to be reliable. (Amd CPU preferred). Again it is very important for me to keep these as low price as possible as I will be buying multiple and may need more in the future.

[Edit]: I only need 2 pcie slots one for the graphics card and one for a potential network card if needed, I'd rather save where I can on the motherboard.

all that should be plugged in ever should be a keyboard, mouse and maybe a phone OR macro keyboard, so I don't need crazy USB speeds.

Also I DO NOT want ANY RGB.

It will not be using ANY WIFI.

These are meant to be cost effective workstations.

These will not be over locked for stability, however I live in a desert where it gets to 125°F (~52°C) and it somehow gets to -10°F (-24°C)

Hello... I made you this list of parts that I hope will be what you are looking for. I used last Gen parts to keep the cost down but they are all still new with individual warranties.

I got you one of the best CPUs for gaming and productivity work that has high amounts of cache. I paired it with one of the best air coolers on the market. I gave you 64GB of RAM to keep up with your workload. The M.2 I picked has a 1GB cache also. The GPU is really good for gaming and production software. The case is exceptional for optimized airflow and with the Power Supply you have a tiny bit of headroom on the wattage of you ever need it. You didn't say if you wanted any RGB or not so all but the Motherboard doesn't have any.

Please let me know if you have any questions, I have almost 30 experience building PCs.

Why the expensive motherboard? I could probably save $50 by getting a cheaper board and adding a network card as I only need room for the graphics card and a network card with pcie 4 and 3 respectively, as for the SSD I would only want 250gb but to stay at those speeds. I would generally like to know why 64gb of ram that seems almost small server grade to me, as for everything else it seems perfect although it seems suspicious to me that this will run in 650W.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thank you for the clarification! I think I will use this build as it seems to be the best value build I have seen so far, and is better than what I could come up with.
