Hello, I got Kraken Z73 AIO and 6 fans installed in Corsair iCue 465X
3 are in the front in the pull congifuration to cool the radiator and there 2 exhausts up top and one in the back. Idle temps are around 45-50 degrees but whenever I open anything it ramps up to nearly 60degrees even tho the load on cpu is 10-15%
I was wondering if its normal behavior of Ive messed something up.

Temps at 100% load while running stress test dont exceed 60 degrees but the PC is super loud.

*All fans are 120mm

Would be nice to know what processor you are running to know if its high or not.

Oh i totaly forgot, r9 5900x

my bad

I see nothing wrong with those temperatures, the 5900x is a hot chip.  my AM5 7700x idles at 60-70 too.  You can download programs to adjust your fan speed so the fans don't ramp up loudly at 60c.  Anything under 85c is alright during gaming / load.  A 60c spike at 10-15% is normal if you are opening a program or something, I'd even say its slightly on the lower side.

Those are my AIO fan curves, the other 3 fans are simply on quiet mode.

That's quite an aggressive fan curve. I would set it more like this, that's what I do with with my AIO's or Air Coolers.  You can also increase the pumps speed too, however a fixed constant pump speed is better for longevity, I think I had mine at 50 or 60% when I had an 240mm AIO.

my 5900x on full custom loop right now idles at 51c, this is 100% normal for Ryzen 5000 series.

Damn those chips are hot

not that the chips are hot, its the logic built into them. AMD tunes them so they run at full voltages during idle to make them snappier when a load is applied instead of ramping up voltages, they start at max and then get to load then adjust what is needed from there to maintain performance.
