NVIDIA control panel not opening

I have been trying to open my Nvidia control panel for a few weeks now and i have had no luck. Tried restarting nvidia display container and localsysem container from services,msc but NOTHING!!! Its super annoying. I have used DDU to uninstall my drivers and then reinstalldee them. Even did a fresh windows install

so you have something from gpu from nvidia installed.. ?

tried other versions of nvidia drivers?
