do you have an OS installed? maybe instead of going to bios it is just sitting on that screen? try a different keyboard, unplug all USB devices besides the keyboard, and see if you get anywhere that way

Did try a second keyboard but didnt work

not much info to go on?

is the PC one you built ?

Have you flashed the bios?

was it working and now the issue has begun?

how old is the PC?

Have you tried to reset the bios? little button on all motherboard. Is the keyboard wired or wireless...sometimes a wireless keyboard will not work properly on older Gigabyte Motherboards and you have to plug one in via USB but you really have not given a great deal of info to work with

> it dont work  is not really enough as everyone can just try and guess whats going on.

OK then you need to backtrack a little. worked fine no panels. first check all cables on the side behind the CPU as that is where you kinda put them all then hide them behind a solid panel. Possible a cable got pinched or as you slide the panel into position it pulled on a cable and maybe dislogded a connector.

to see if that happened just get a lamp so you have good light and check all the cables running to the motherboard to ensure nothing is loose or only partially socketed.

a;lso do a quick check that all cables on the PSU are fully pushed in and not in any way loose I expect you pushed until you heard the click but a double check takes 2 minutes
