What are you doing that you need more RAM?

Depending on what your motherboard can handle you may or not be able to increase the speed or amount of RAM.

But, the safest thing to do is use the same speed of RAM, but CHECK the specs first before doing anything!

I currently have the patriot viper steel 16gb (2x8) 3000mhz ram. I was thinking of buying more, so I was wondering if I should buy more of the same ram of different speeds, same  same speed, or entirely different ram, and get rid of my old ram.

I try to be a human, but I cannot, because I have returned to monke.
