Pc is lagging after build

So i got this new motherboard, psu, ram and cpu. The problem is whenever i try playing apex, rocket league or just watching a video on youtube, my pc starts lagging, disconnecting my headset somtimes my keyboard. i've tried to reinstall windows 10, i've updated all the drivers and the temps on my cpu, gpu, is fine 

 

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B760M AORUS ELITE AX

Cpu: i7 13th 13700kf 

Ram: Kingston FURY Beast DDR5-5200 C40 DC - 16GB

Psu: Corsair RM1000e

Did you update BIOS?

Did you check if cooler is mounted properly?

BIOS won't update it says check id. cooler is mounted as it should be

I dont se any other option then sending the motherboard back, the pc works fine the first 10 min, and after that it's just disconnecting headset, keyboard or mouse, even my monitors is sometimes going black. 

 

is 16 gb ram fine for the i7 13th gen or do i need more? All the components should work together right?
