battlefield 1 lag?

hi, i was playing that game with 89-98 ping in brazil servers, now i have 127-136 ping, wtf?, all other players from my country have 99 ping, i was searching and i found out that i have nat 3, this happened to me today from 98 to 132 ping, i was nat 2, question, if i am nat 3 i will have more ping than in nat 2 in some games?, like bf1? cause i dont see diff in another games in ping omg.

 

PD: when i was hfc i had 60 ping, now with ftth i have 99, and today 132
