My son and I just finished our first build and everything went smoothly until the first boot.

PC comes on, no beeps. GPU and RAM light up, fans and AIO all running.

I have tried HDMI and DVI but no signal is being detected.

We tried removing the GPU using the 13700k integrated graphics, and tried only using 1 stick of RAM. Clearing/reset CMOS.

I know I need to update the bios for Gen13 Intel but we can't even get the video to show.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am way out of my league on this.

Keyboard doesn't light up but the USB ports on the pc case are lit.

Tried a different monitor still no picture.

The only codes we are getting are:

00

7F

59

54

I have tried to hot flash the bios but I'm getting either

E1 S3 Boot Script execution or

E8-EB S3 Resume Failed error codes

depending if I'm using a usb with just the bin file or the EVGA usb with all files

shorten the name to 7.3 letters. 7 first part max and .bin the last.  if you havn't done that already.

I have the 24-pin ATX Power Connector & 2x  8 pin EPS Power Connectors attached. I didn't see another one?

the 8 pin EPS connectors can usually be split in the middle.. PCIE connectors detatch 2+6 .. look closer on your eps connector you usually see it on the latch if it's split in the middle, if it is twist it to split them.

Why would I split the 8 pin? There is no way to split it. The 2 cables are 8 pins that are the CPU power cables.

I added a 6 pin (8-2 VGA) cable to the Supplemental PCIe 6 pin power on the MOBO but that didn't help.

The only cables from my PSU that split are the VGA 6+2 cables.

I just stripped the MOBO of everything except power and still cannot flash the bios.

But here is a picture before I disassembled it. I have the 24 pin on the right, 2 x 8 pin on the top left

and I added a 6 pin to the bottom left but that didn't change anything.
