Maybe one of you can help me with this problem or heck for all i know it could be just how this processor works but my previous pc had an 11400f that would at most only get to around 60c now in this new build that i have a 5700x i have tried 2 different air cooler and nothing the first one was cryorig c1 i was seeing 40c idle temps and at around 30 percent cpu utilization and 44w power consumption it would rocket to high 70c and low 80c so i thought hmm maybe its the cooler i did buy it used and I decided to get a be quiet! Shadow Rock LP now i am seeing 84c at 45w power consumption and 32% cpu utilization these numbers come from amd adrenalin. Did i get a bad cpu or am i doing something wrong?

Not an issue, Ryzens have higher average temps than Intel chips

Idle at 40C, load 75C is perfectly normal
