Intel is expected to announced locked 13th gen CPU and chipsets this week.

 

DDR4-3200 CL 16 has essentially identical performance to DDR4-3600 CL 18. At the moment it is usually ~20% less expensive.

 

Consider using a 2TB NVMe drive in place of the two drives. 

 

Cost of the additional fans might be better spent elsewhere in the build.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
