Sonos being sonos or something else?

So, my Sonos Play 5 gen1 keeps doing this weird disconnecting, I've used multiple apps, tried restarting it, restarting wifi, used it wired, I believe not 100% sure that I've even changed channel. But yet, this awesome thing keeps happening, anybody have any good tips or potential fixes? Please help me!
