Power supply doesn't work, being weird

Whenever I turn on my pc, it turns on for a split second and then turns off instantly. I have isolated the problem to the power supply. Is there anything I could possibly do about it or is it just broken? I have an EVGA 600w BQ.

probably something to do with the power spiking at startup, which specs are you running?
