Wanting to Stream PS5 Gameplay and use OBS

I wasn't quite sure where to put this, but I figured this would be the safest bet. I am wanting to stream my PS5 to Twitch, but I want overlays and such. I've done some research and found out about using remote play, and streaming that window. I know the constraints with quality, but I really can't get a capture card right now with Christmas here and want to get started. I understand how it works to an extent, but I still have questions. Primarily with audio. I have a wireless Razer headset and want to use that to hear sound still, but from my understanding I can't use the mic? That's cool, I can get a cheap USB mic, but does my audio come through the headset plugged into my PS5? Or no? Do I need to connect it to my PC? And what about game chat and party chat? Can they hear me?
