Computer randomly lags out.

I have been having a serious problem with my computer sense I built it. I built it out of all new parts about 5 or so months ago. The problem I am having is every once in a while sometimes multiple times a hour and sometimes once a day. My computer will almost completely freeze. my mouse movements will no longer be smooth instead it will hop around the screen or just move really slowly, and if I'm in any call the persons voice will start lagging out or i will be completely removed from the call, and last problem is all the rgb on my computer freezes and jumps around. Recently new symptoms have started to pop up such as random missing pixels on my secondary monitor, and recently my pc has started checking and repairing my m.2 drives.

I have made sure everything is up to date, I regularly check for bios updates system updates and driver updates. I have even gone so far as to run stress tests for each and every part in my pc to make sure it wasn't just a part problem.

I am Running a-

GPU- 3080TI

CPU- 12900kf

Memory- 32 gigs of 5000mhz

a 500 gig m.2 drive for my system files

and a 2 terabyte m.2 drive for all my games

I am also running a double monitor setup

with a 1200 watt power supply 80+ platinum. 

 

If any other information is needed to help figure this problem out I can supply it all.

I have tried almost everything I can think of and have asked for help before, I'm starting to get hopeless.

Information i forgot to add, i can manually make it happen every once in a while by tabbing out of a game and quickly trying to access another tabb like Opera or discord.
