Let it cool down before trying anything...

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

In windows, you could run WinVer and it would show the info. But since your system crashes, you can't do that.

How old is the medium you're installing Windows from? If it's older than a few months, you need to create a new Windows install USB or DVD using the tool Microsoft provides on their website. You have the latest hardware, it might be the case that the Windows version you're installing is old and doesn't recognize the new hardware.

As for the connecting of the AIO, it seems that you haven't read the manual.

As you can see, you're missing a fan in the CPU_FAN header (3) and I'm not sure if you'r pump is connected to the Pump header (5).

the cable does not reach all the way down there. in using the lian li fan on the cooler and they are plugged in to the lian li controller, should they be connected to the aio cables ?

Nope ! CPU cooler is on the left, but I suspect not the culprit.

Is your RAM losing the XMP also on these reboot/crashes ?

Could be a bad CMOS battery (2032 type 3.2V).

yes it does, does it have to be the same battery as now or does it not matter
