Random frame drops in satisfactory

I keep getting random frame drops. How can I stop this? CPU utilization in one of my factories ranges from the 40's to 60's but I've never seen it get near 100%. GPU utilization also ranges from the 40's to 60's. The components in question are a 5600 and a 6600xt. VRAM hovers at around 7100 MB. RAM is around 13 GB. Temps are in the 60's for both components. PBO and resizable bar are enabled. FPS normally in the high 50's to lower 60's.

GPU voltage is 1.150 and GPU max clock is 2800 Mhz. Minimum is 2700 MHz
