Upgrading and C Drive migration

Working in windows 10 pro. Im upgrading basically everything but my GPU, and I want to minimize reinstallation as much as possible. Current C drive is 250GB and the target/new one is 2TB. Ideally, I want to move all the data over and have everything work the same (launching programs stored on current C drive pulling data from D, E drives ect) AND extend the 250gb partition to fill the 2TB new drive.

As far as I know, I can migrate the windows install and drive's data fairly easily, but at the cost of turning the remaining 1.75TB into a new partion.

...I dont want that. Just want to extend the 250gb to fill the new drive.

It's recommended to reinstall windows if you change your CPU unless it's one from same brand and generation

If you insist on keeping it, just clone your drive and then you can extend your partition with software like Aomei or Macrium I think
