Desktop Replacement Laptop

Was doing research on gaming laptops to replace my desktop and I came across 2 that caught my eye.

and

Besides a bit of school work, I'll mainly be using it to game and stream. Do you think these 2 are solid choices for the price ? I haven't really seen too many reviews on both (mainly the raider). The only real concern I have is cooling and fan noise. Will a mic like the shure sm7b pick up the fan noise ? If there are any other laptops I should be looking at, please do let me know !
