Wireless WIFI and Bluetooth driver problems.

For some reason, my Wi-Fi just randomly stopped working and my wireless drivers disappeared.

Motherboard: ASUS Z600-p wifi D4. I am on windows 11 sadly.

I have tried installing the network and Bluetooth drivers off of the ASUS website but when I run the install.exe it asks for permission and then nothing happens. I tried using armoury crate to install the drivers but wifi and Bluetooth do not show up in it.

 

Network adapters that show up:

Realtek Gaming 2.5Gbe Family Controller

Wan Miniport (A bunch of different ones)

 

There is no Bluetooth driver.

How do I fix this to get my wireless Wi-Fi working again?
