Airdrop wav

HI! I want to send some wav files from MacBook to iPad using AirDrop. It says canceled. Other files send just fine. What's the problem?

It's from over a year ago, but I don't see anything that appears to be outdated that will make a difference.

It worked! Thanks! Apparently I would have had about half a gigabyte of extra space I think after the files would transfer but that wasn't enough, I needed more storage. I guess AirDrop requires more storage. Or maybe I just didn't know my storage whatever it worked it was because of the storage.
