SCVMM error 1603

Hey all, Im trying to install Microsoft System Center 2019 (SCVMM) on a Windows server 2019 and I keep getting the error 1603 when installing. I tried every solution that I found on Internet and none of them is working.

 

I have 3 differents vm. DC01, DC02 and DC03.

  • DC01 only have to host the domain (active directory). Both DC02 and DC03 are connected to the domain.
  • DC02 have the Hyper-V role (2 vm), a SQL server and I want to install SCVMM on it.
  • DC03 only have the Hyper-V role (2 vm).
  • None of the vm are connected to Internet (I also tried with Internet)

I tried on 2 differents computers, 3 differents Windows server version (and 2 languages) as well as with SCVMM 2019 and SCVMM 2022 and everytime I have the same 1603 error about the windows installer (Picture 1: the error message I have when installing. Picture 2: The end of the log that show the error, can post more of the log if ask)

 

Anyone have suggestion about what do to? Thank you.
