AMD RX 5600 XT problem

Hey all I have an AMD RX 5600 XT was working fine and then my PSU died and I think its taken this video card with it. The card shows up in Windows but only if its in a 2nd slot and another card is the main card. I cant install drivers and when I try to flash with flash software it says the ROM is not available. Can anyone help??
