it just started doing this today, randomly it cut off today, it cuts off then returns shortly later, and its becoming more and more often, it also really only does this while gaming so far. also its has super bad coil whine when power starts going through it which makes me think its a vrm problem, any help would be awesome, i just dont have the money for a new card right now and i dont want my baby to die.

No one can really help you without full specs of your build.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

Now that you mention it I’m just realizing I only have 600 watt psu In my computer, woops, that would explain why it’s crashing only during game, turned down my graphics settings and what do ya know, no more crashes, absolute idiot blunder

It happens. I wasn't aware of QVL compatibility being a thing and chose completely the wrong RAM for my 5900X build. Took five months of chasing my tail to figure out due to most insisting that QVL doesn't matter and that RAM is RAM. Not so with Ryzen and their respective chipsets. Though I would advise upgrading that PSU if it's that close to the ragged edge that higher detail makes it crash. You don't want your  wattage load that close to total peak output on a daily.
