constant problems with USB disconnects.

ill cut straight to it, this has been driving me nuts for YEARS.

this follows me across multiple pcs, houses, entire new setups with NOTHING from the previous setup in it and it still happens.
unprompted, i dont do anything at all, a couple of usb devices will just disconnect randomly. when im in vr and it happens, every single vr related usb device will disconnect, breaking my face and eyetracking/SRanipal and i have to restart my pc to fix it. this is unbelievably frustrating. ive reinstalled windows, switched from intel to amd, new GPUS, new motherboards. honestly its gottan to the point i might just give up on PC gaming. everything i get for my pc never works how it should or underperforms or just doesnt work at all. its been so frustrating having to hear that sound. god i hate that sound. why microsoft could you have not made your OS sound effects not soul crushingly annoying?

anyway. im going to try to update to top of the line cpu and see if that helps. if not i give up. figured id put this here to see if anyone can toss an idea at me as to why this is somehow magically following me across 5 different pcs of the years despite the fact i sold everything from the previous build because the issue was so annoying.

for now the specs are
3900x
msi rtx 3070 gaming z trio
gskil 2x16gb 3600mhz cl16 ram

asus crosshair VIII hero
cpu has a 360mm cooling loop on it from ekwb. stays plenty cool.
2tb wd sn850

8tb wd blue HDD

1000w evga BQ gold rated fully modular psu.

again any ideas would be great. im gonna lose my frickin mind if i gotta tear this pc apart again.

Zen had USB issues, fixed with Agesa 1.2.0.7. Update your BIOS.

Use the latest AMD chipset drivers https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x470

Do not connect heavy drawing USB devices to the case front IO USB ports.

Check your powerlines, the house wires and voltages. Make sure you have proper grounding and decent power.
