Hey guys! Like a lot of other people I'm sure who got the email saying they were available for purchase, I saw it and got super excited and went to order it right away. Unfortunately, as I was checking out, the Shop page showed my current address, but the page refreshed. It still showed my current address after the refresh, but then when I pressed place order the shipping address changed to my old address.

 

My lease ends at the end of August, so I'll no longer have access to the old apartment or the mail there. I know this forum isn't for support, but I've emailed into support a few times and haven't gotten a response. I know that Wave 1 isn't shipping until September, but I'm worried that if I don't try to get this taken care of ASAP, it will get forgotten about.

Support has wait times between 1-2 weeks at the moment. They are trying to remedy this with new hires but it'll take time before its back to normal.

 

A few others are in the same boat at the moment in regards to needing to change addresses. They currently are unable to process address changes due to how varied taxes are from location to location even within the same state. They are looking in to it but from what I've seen from others in the forum you may need to re order to change address. 

 

I'd recommend waiting until support gets back to you as there's still over a month before Wave 1 is even going to ship.

Hopefully they'll allow us to re-order in a separate wave for those the site messed up, it would be a shame for it not to be possible.
