44 degrees bios

I’ve got a 5600x with a 20 dollar cooler (be quiet pure rock slim 2) and I am getting around 44 degrees in the bios. From what I’ve seen there are people who get temps under 40 or even 30 with more powerful cpus. I was wondering if cheaping out on the cooler was a bad idea and if I need to upgrade or not

What's the problem? 44c is a fine temp for what I can assume is idle
