Budget (including currency): 500-600 EUR

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Blender. Occasionally some games like GTA 5 or Warthunder etc (no ultra max graphics needed)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hey, currently using old laptop (about 10 years old) to do my work, but looking for something new and stationary, would be great if any expert could suggest what parts should I pick for software that I mentioned. I'm not a gammer, sometime play a games, but don't need ultra max graphics. Not working on super huge projects in Premiere or After Effects, so dont need that much computer power. Thanks in advice, will be looking forward to hear from you about parts I should choose!

If you'll rarely play games, then there's no need for anything more than an APU (outside of specific software needs like CUDA acceleration etc.) Here's a video of what such performance could look like for you:

As for the build, this is something I'd recommend. Not much but also 500~ euro budget is also not a lot to work with. Kinda impressed myself that something like this can be built for so cheap. Plenty of RAM for RAM hog apps like photoshop and premier, fast 3600MHz to utilize you APU as much as possible:

Ohh, but what about Graphic Card?

The 5600G comes with VEGA 7 and VEGA 7 is your GPU. More specifically an APU but in either way, it'll allow you to run games just fine.

Might struggle with some brand new releases like a 2022 Elden Ring but then you could use FSR, and FSR is nearing to be a game changer. Seeing some benchmarks where people get double the FPS in games thanks to FSR.
