Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): So parts I have are zero I’m looking to build a on the beefier gaming pc to be able to run Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 as well as DCS (Digital Combat Simulator) at max settings for a long time. Looking to do liquid or air cooled or a mix of both. Looking to do a ground up build including mouse and keyboard. If possible would love to do a full Corsair RGB build or a build that has all fully controllable from one software RGB and if possible fully white too.

Tried to stick to all white parts. Got pretty much all of them. Memory, AIO and case fans are all Corsair for that easy rainbow barf synchronization.

The 12700f is about the maximum you would need for top of the line perfromance

White mobo 

Cheapest kit of 32gb that's white

2tb storage 

Really the 3080 is the highest I'd go in terms of graphics cards that won't veer down diminishing return on the amount of money you spend, but all of the other white gpus are outrageously priced so you might as well get a 3080ti

Case with actual airflow and on sale

Corsair psu that's on sale and will match its cable color with the case
