Windows Install won't run

I wanted to install windows on hdd without any software, but it isn't new, old that I found in my garage, I pluged in and when I booted up, 

I didn't get into the bios, I let the boot go by itself, and it popped up that bootable media should be inserted, that's what I did, everything reads nicely in the bios, but when I enter the installation via usb, there is only a purple screen, without install now window, what should I do?
