Cant uninstall adobe

Looks like it may be a use for the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner tool.

Hi I isntalled creative cloud, along with adobe after effects.

With that adobe media encoder was installed with it too

I cannot uninstall any of these, whether from apps in settings or control panel

If i hit uninstall on creative cloud, i get this

 

If i hit uninstall on the other 2, nothing happens. no pop ups nothing

How can i fix this issue?
