I’m curious about how often these capture cards are defective because I think I might have to return mine. I just got my first dedicated streaming pc that is very  capable but my preview in OBS was always choppy with what looked liked like 10fps and that’s no exaggeration. My gameplay on my gaming rig was normal so nothing was wrong there. I’m not posting a log because it wasn’t even while streaming or recording, I was literally just looking at the preview window, although my streams and recording didn’t look any better... I looked up countless reddit posts and YouTube videos to try and fix this issue and tweaked my Obs settings like crazy but nothing worked. one weird thing is that when start up a game im hit 130 fps then as soon as i plugged in hdmi from pc to the capture card my frame drop to 40 and stays there even though the capture card has no power
